Welcome to the Vertera Trust Center. Vertera is a digital health platform supporting patients through spinal surgery preparation and recovery, and the clinical teams who care for them.

Vertera holds patient health data, and protecting it shapes how the platform is built. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in the European Union. Clinician access is limited to the patients enrolled with their organisation, and every read of a patient record is recorded. Patients can delete their account at any time, which removes their data immediately.

Our documented policy set covers information security, data protection and operational resilience, and is reviewed at least annually. Use this Trust Center to review those practices; policies and reports are available on request.
